CEILING DEVICE AND CEILING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING SAME
Provided are a ceiling device and a ceiling construction method using the same. The ceiling device according to the present invention comprises: a frame part in which a plurality of long holes are formed, and which is fixed to a ceiling to form a frame and a plurality of openings; a panel part which is provided to be able to open and close the openings; and a fixing part which connects the panel part and the frame part and supports the panel part to guide the panel part toward the openings. The fixing part includes: a support unit having a central portion thereof protruding toward the ceiling to support the panel part; wing units extending in a direction away from each other based on the support unit at both ends of the support unit; a clasp unit formed at one end of each of the wing units to be inserted into and caught by the long hole formed in the frame part; and a protrusion unit formed by having a portion of the wing units protruding toward a circumferential portion of the long hole to be caught on the circumferential portion of the long hole so as to prevent the panel part from escaping from the frame part. The ceiling device and the ceiling construction method using the same of the present invention prevent the panel part from falling off by the fixing part which connects the panel part and the frame part so that the openings of the frame part can be closed.
본 발명에 따른 천장장치 및 이를 이용한 천장 시공방법은, 다수의 장공이 형성되고, 천장에 고정되어 뼈대를 이루며 다수의 개구부를 형성하는 골조부, 상기 개구부를 개폐 가능하게 구비되는 패널부 및 상기 패널부와 상기 골조부를 연결하며, 상기 패널부를 지지하여 상기 개구부를 향해 이동되도록 안내하는 고정부를 포함하되, 상기 고정부는, 중앙부가 상기 천장을 향해 돌출되어 상기 패널부를 지지하는 지지유닛, 상기 지지유닛의 양단에서 상기 지지유닛을 중심으로 서로 멀어지는 방향으로 연장되는 날개유닛, 상기 날개유닛 일단에 형성되어 상기 골조부에 형성되는 장공에 삽입되어 걸리는 걸쇠유닛 및 상기 패널부가 상기 골조부에서 탈락되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 장공의 둘레부에 걸리도록 상기 날개유닛의 일부가 상기 장공의 둘레부를 향해 돌출되는 돌출유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천장장치 및 이를 이용한 천장 시공방법을 제공한다.

Provided are a ceiling device and a ceiling construction method using the same. The ceiling device according to the present invention comprises: a frame part in which a plurality of long holes are formed, and which is fixed to a ceiling to form a frame and a plurality of openings; a panel part which is provided to be able to open and close the openings; and a fixing part which connects the panel part and the frame part and supports the panel part to guide the panel part toward the openings. The fixing part includes: a support unit having a central portion thereof protruding toward the ceiling to support the panel part; wing units extending in a direction away from each other based on the support unit at both ends of the support unit; a clasp unit formed at one end of each of the wing units to be inserted into and caught by the long hole formed in the frame part; and a protrusion unit formed by having a portion of the wing units protruding toward a circumferential portion of the long hole to be caught on the circumferential portion of the long hole so as to prevent the panel part from escaping from the frame part. The ceiling device and the ceiling construction method using the same of the present invention prevent the panel part from falling off by the fixing part which connects the panel part and the frame part so that the openings of the frame part can be closed.
본 발명에 따른 천장장치 및 이를 이용한 천장 시공방법은, 다수의 장공이 형성되고, 천장에 고정되어 뼈대를 이루며 다수의 개구부를 형성하는 골조부, 상기 개구부를 개폐 가능하게 구비되는 패널부 및 상기 패널부와 상기 골조부를 연결하며, 상기 패널부를 지지하여 상기 개구부를 향해 이동되도록 안내하는 고정부를 포함하되, 상기 고정부는, 중앙부가 상기 천장을 향해 돌출되어 상기 패널부를 지지하는 지지유닛, 상기 지지유닛의 양단에서 상기 지지유닛을 중심으로 서로 멀어지는 방향으로 연장되는 날개유닛, 상기 날개유닛 일단에 형성되어 상기 골조부에 형성되는 장공에 삽입되어 걸리는 걸쇠유닛 및 상기 패널부가 상기 골조부에서 탈락되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 장공의 둘레부에 걸리도록 상기 날개유닛의 일부가 상기 장공의 둘레부를 향해 돌출되는 돌출유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천장장치 및 이를 이용한 천장 시공방법을 제공한다.
