The present invention relates to a prefabricated panel unit which comprises: a square panel; a profile member engaged with each edge of the panel and integrated with a pair of sliding guides each of which has a plate folded at right angles in a longitudinal direction on each outer surface of a square rod shape and is placed so that the folded ends of the plate can face each other; and a sealing member which is a processed article formed with plastics and has a pair of sliders formed on a lower side of a body unit by being extended to the sides to be inserted into the part between the sliding guides of the profile member and slide, and having a pair of grippers formed on an upper side of the body unit to face each other and maintain a certain distance from the sliders, with the body unit in the middle of the processed article. When the sliders are inserted into an inner surface of the sliding guides, the grippers are placed on an outer surface of the sliding guides, but when the panel is completely forcibly inserted into the part between the grippers and the sliding guides and the part between the grippers and the sliding guides are elastically opened by the panel's being inserted forcibly, the surfaces of the panel inserted between the grippers and the sliders and the sliding guides are compressed by the elastic restorage force such that the gap between the panel and the sliding guides is sealed and thus, no air can pass through the gap. The prefabricated panel unit is capable of maintaining a negative pressure or a positive pressure.
본 발명 조립식 패널 유닛은, 사각형의 패널; 상기 패널의 각 테두리에 결합되며, 사각봉 형태의 각 겉면에 각각 길이방향을 따라 판재가 직각 형태로 절곡됨과 함께 상기 판재의 절곡된 끝단이 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 한쌍의 슬라이딩 가이드를 일체로 갖는 프로파일 부재; 및 플라스틱 재료로 성형된 일체의 가공물로서, 상기 가공물의 가운데 몸체부를 중심으로 몸체부의 하부에는 상기 프로파일 부재의 슬라이딩 가이드 사이에 끼워져 슬라이딩될 수 있도록 좌우 양측으로 연장 형성된 한쌍의 슬라이더가 형성되고, 상기 몸체부의 상부에는 한쌍의 그립퍼가 슬라이더와 일정 간격을 유지하게 각각 대향하게 연장 형성된 밀폐 부재;를 포함하되, 상기 슬라이더가 슬라이딩 가이드의 안쪽면에 끼워진 상태에서는 그립퍼가 상기 슬라이딩 가이드의 바깥면에 위치된 상태이다가 상기 그립퍼와 슬라이딩 가이드 사이에 패널이 억지끼움됨에 의해 탄력적으로 벌어진 후 억지끼움이 완료된 상태에서는 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 그립퍼와 슬라이더 사이에 끼워진 패널 및 슬라이딩 가이드의 표면을 눌러 압착함으로써 상기 패널 및 슬라이딩 가이드 사이의 틈을 통해 공기가 통과하지 못하도록 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

When the sliders are inserted into an inner surface of the sliding guides, the grippers are placed on an outer surface of the sliding guides, but when the panel is completely forcibly inserted into the part between the grippers and the sliding guides and the part between the grippers and the sliding guides are elastically opened by the panel's being inserted forcibly, the surfaces of the panel inserted between the grippers and the sliders and the sliding guides are compressed by the elastic restorage force such that the gap between the panel and the sliding guides is sealed and thus, no air can pass through the gap. The prefabricated panel unit is capable of maintaining a negative pressure or a positive pressure.
본 발명 조립식 패널 유닛은, 사각형의 패널; 상기 패널의 각 테두리에 결합되며, 사각봉 형태의 각 겉면에 각각 길이방향을 따라 판재가 직각 형태로 절곡됨과 함께 상기 판재의 절곡된 끝단이 서로 마주보도록 배치되는 한쌍의 슬라이딩 가이드를 일체로 갖는 프로파일 부재; 및 플라스틱 재료로 성형된 일체의 가공물로서, 상기 가공물의 가운데 몸체부를 중심으로 몸체부의 하부에는 상기 프로파일 부재의 슬라이딩 가이드 사이에 끼워져 슬라이딩될 수 있도록 좌우 양측으로 연장 형성된 한쌍의 슬라이더가 형성되고, 상기 몸체부의 상부에는 한쌍의 그립퍼가 슬라이더와 일정 간격을 유지하게 각각 대향하게 연장 형성된 밀폐 부재;를 포함하되, 상기 슬라이더가 슬라이딩 가이드의 안쪽면에 끼워진 상태에서는 그립퍼가 상기 슬라이딩 가이드의 바깥면에 위치된 상태이다가 상기 그립퍼와 슬라이딩 가이드 사이에 패널이 억지끼움됨에 의해 탄력적으로 벌어진 후 억지끼움이 완료된 상태에서는 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 그립퍼와 슬라이더 사이에 끼워진 패널 및 슬라이딩 가이드의 표면을 눌러 압착함으로써 상기 패널 및 슬라이딩 가이드 사이의 틈을 통해 공기가 통과하지 못하도록 밀폐하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
