Prefabricated retaining of earth frame and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a prefabricated soil retaining frame for non-drilling rehabilitation work and a construction method of the frame. The frame comprises: straight-type base frames for preventing subsidence, which have a plurality of bolt insertion holes; corner frame pillars which are coupled to both ends of each of the base supports facing each other on a bottom of a work place to stand upright and have one or more steel plate insertion slots on at least two surfaces in a longitudinal direction; lower crossbeams of which both ends are respectively coupled with one sides of jacks for adjusting horizontal spacing, wherein the other sides of the jacks for adjusting spacing are coupled with the facing corner frame pillars; and one or more prefabricated steel plates inserted into the steel plate insertion slots formed on facing surfaces the corner frame pillars. The soil retaining frame allows safe non-drilling rehabilitation work.
본 발명은 비굴착 갱생 작업을 위한 조립식 흙막이 구조틀 및 그 구조틀 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 다수의 볼트 삽입홀이 형성된 일자형의 침하방지용 베이스 받침틀들과; 작업구 바닥에 마주 놓인 상기 베이스 받침틀들 각각의 양 끝단에 결합되어 직립하되, 적어도 두면에 길이방향으로 하나 이상의 철판삽입슬롯이 형성된 코너틀 기둥들과; 양 끝단 각각에 수평방향 간격조정용 잭의 일측이 결합되고, 그 간격조정용 잭의 타측은 마주하는 상기 코너틀 기둥들에 결합되는 하부 가로보들과; 상기 코너틀 기둥들의 마주하는 면에 형성된 상기 철판삽입슬롯에 삽입되는 하나 이상의 조립철판들;을 포함함을 특징으로 한다.
