The present invention relates to a peripheral block that is seated around a manhole cover, is light in weight, has excellent heat resistance and impact resistance, provides an air purification effect, and is formed to facilitate construction. According to the present invention, a peripheral block unit includes a split block formed by sequentially stacking a first separated raw material layer, a first separated fiber layer, a second separated raw material layer, a second separated perforated iron piece, a third separated raw material layer, and a second separated fiber layer, and compressing them using a hydraulic press for 15 to 25 minutes and curing them at room temperature for 40 to 50 hours after the compression.
본 발명은 맨홀뚜껑 주변으로 안착되며, 중량이 가볍고 내열성 및 내충격성이 우수하며, 공기정화효과를 제공하고 시공이 용이하도록 형성되는 주변블록을 포함한다.
