The precast concrete panel for the exterior wall of the present invention comprises: a PC member; an embedment hardware; an exposure bar; a connection bar; and a fixation hardware.
본 발명은 외벽용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로 특히 옥탑 등과 같은 최상층 구조물의 외벽 형성을 위한 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널의 개수를 최소화하고, 누수 문제를 해소하며, 시공이 간소화되는 외벽용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널 및 그 시공 방법을 개시한다.
