본 발명은 스마트 건물 균열탐지 시스템을 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 스마트 건물 균열탐지 시스템은 크랙검출 센서네트워크에 연동된 건물균열 관리서버로부터 건물균열 매핑정보와 균열 보수요구 영역정보가 산출되고, 건물균열 매핑정보는 관리자 단말기로 전달되면서 관리자에 의한 정밀 모니터링과 적절하고 신속한 대응조치가 가능해지도록 하는 한편, 균열 보수요구 영역정보는 균열보수용 드론으로 전달되어 균열지점 보수동작과 균열지점 도색동작이 균열보수용 드론에 의해 정밀 수행됨으로써 건물 균열관리가 높은 안전성으로 효율적이고 원활하게 수행되도록 한다.
