Disclosed is a washing machine whose structure is improved to electrically connect electrical components inside a door to electrical components inside a cabinet. The washing machine may include the cabinet provided with a first electrical component therein and having an opening for putting in laundry, the door provided with a second electrical component therein and configured to open and close the opening, a hinge assembly for pivotally fastening the door to the cabinet, and a wire for electrically connecting the first electrical component and the second electrical component by passing through the hinge assembly.
도어 내부의 전장품들을 캐비닛 내부의 전장품들과 전기적으로 연결할 수 있도록 개선된 구조를 가지는 세탁기를 개시한다. 세탁기는 내부에 제 1전장품이 구비되고, 세탁물이 투입되는 개구를 가지는 캐비닛, 내부에 제 2전장품이 구비되고, 상기 개구를 개폐하도록 마련되는 도어, 상기 도어를 회동 가능하게 상기 캐비닛에 결합시키는 힌지 어셈블리 및 상기 힌지 어셈블리를 통과하여 상기 제 1전장품 및 상기 제 2전장품을 전기적으로 연결하는 와이어를 포함할 수 있다.
