Wire rope fixing apparatus and wire rope net using the same
The present invention relates to a wire rope fixture and a wire rope net using the same. The purpose of the present invention is to allow a first wire rope and a second wire rope to be easily bound by a wire rope fixture, and to maintain a constant binding force for the first wire rope and the second wire rope. Thus, deformation of a size of a net mesh is prevented while a fall prevention function is provided. According to the present invention, a wire rope net comprises: a first wire rope arranged in a zigzag shape in an oblique direction; a second wire rope arranged in a zigzag shape in an oblique direction so as to be adjacent to the first wire rope and symmetrical with the first wire rope; and a wire rope fixture installed on a facing portion of the first wire rope and the second wire rope so as to have a rhombic net structure, and integrally binding the first wire rope and the second wire rope. The wire rope fixture includes: a holder part which is formed by being bent to surround the first wire rope and the second wire rope and in which an opening into which the first wire rope and the second wire rope are inserted is provided at one side; a protrusion part which is integrally formed to protrude from one side end of the holder part with the opening as the center; and a fastening part which is integrally formed at the other side end of the holder part with the opening as the center to allow the protrusion to be engaged and fastened with the fastening part. In addition, a first wire rope (or second wire rope) is restrained in a first restraint hole of the holder part, and a second wire rope (or first wire rope) that is not restrained to the first restraining hole is restrained to the second restraining hole of the holder part.
본 발명은 와이어 로프 고정구와 이를 이용한 와이어 로프 네트에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 와이어 로프 고정구에 의해 제1,2와이어 로프의 결속이 용이하게 이루어지고, 제1,2와이어 로프에 대한 결속력이 일정하게 유지되도록 하여, 그물망눈의 크기에 대한 변형이 방지되면서 낙석방지 기능을 구비하는 와이어 로프 고정구와 이를 이용한 와이어 로프 네트를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 사선방향으로 지그재그 형상으로 배치되는 제1와이어 로프; 제1와이어 로프에 이웃되고 제1와이어 로프와 대칭되도록 사선방향으로 지그재그 형상으로 배치된 제2와이어 로프; 마름모꼴 그물망 구조로 이루어지도록 제1와이어 로프와 제2 와이어 로프의 마주하는 부분에 설치되어, 제1,2와이어 로프를 일체로 결속시키는 와이어 로프 고정구;를 포함하는 와이어 로프 네트에 있어서, 상기 와이어 로프 고정구는 제1,2와이어 로프를 감싸도록 벤딩되어 형성되고, 일측에 제1,2와이어 로프가 삽입되는 개구부가 구비된 홀더부; 개구부를 중심으로 홀더부의 일측단에 일체로 돌출형성된 돌기부; 개구부를 중심으로 홀더부의 타측단에 일체로 형성되어 돌기부가 맞물림 체결되는 체결부;를 포함하여, 상기 홀더부의 제1구속홀에 제1와이어 로프(또는 제2와이어 로프)가 구속되고, 제1구속홀에 구속되지 않은 제2와이어 로프(또는 제1와이어 로프)가 홀더부의 제2구속홀에 구속되도록 되어 있다.
