Unit System of bricks and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a brick dry construction unit system comprising a clip fixing member and a construction method for the same. The brick dry construction unit system enables a user to easily construct a structure by comprising: a base plate; a brick inserted into a front surface of the base plate; and an insulation material formed on a rear surface of the base plate, as a unit system. The brick dry construction unit system comprises the clip fixing member facilitating construction on the brick dry construction unit system composed as the unit system and formed on the rear surface of the insulation material. According to a preferable embodiment of the present invention, the brick dry construction unit system comprising the clip fixing member comprises: the base plate; a plurality of bricks inserted into front surface of the base plate; the insulation material formed in a fixed thickness; and the clip fixing member. The insulation material has a fixing groove formed along a predetermined section from an end of a whole width direction or a width direction to the inner side at fixed intervals in a height direction so that an end of a horizontal unit is exposed. The fixing groove has a T-shaped cross-section by comprising a vertical unit formed on a rear surface and the horizontal unit horizontally extended from the center of the height direction of the vertical unit. Moreover, a front surface of the insulation material is attached to the rear surface of the base plate. The clip fixing member comprises: a vertical support unit; a thickness unit extended from an upper end and a lower end of the support unit in the same right-angled direction; a hanging unit extended in a vertical direction facing an end of the thickness unit; an insertion unit extended from an end of the hanging unit in each outer right-angled direction; and a support surface extended from an end of the insertion unit in an outer right-angled direction. Accordingly, the clip fixing member is fixed by being inserted into the fixing groove so that the support surface is exposed to the rear surface of the insulation material.
본 발명은 베이스판재와, 베이스판재의 전면에 끼워지는 박벽돌와 베이스판재의 배면에 구성되는 단열재를 단위 시스템로 구성하여 용이하게 시공할 수 있도록 하며, 단열재의 배면에는 클립고정부재가 구성되도록 하여 단위 시스템로 구성된 박벽돌 건식시공 단위 시스템을 용이하게 시공하도록 하는 클립고정부재가 구성된 박벽돌 건식시공 단위 시스템 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 클립고정부재가 구성된 박벽돌 건식시공 단위 시스템의 바람직한 일 실시예는 베이스판재와; 베이스판재의 전면에 끼워지도록 구성되는 복수의 박벽돌과; 일정 두께로 이루어지며, 배면에 수직부와 수직부의 높이방향 중앙에서 수평으로 연장되는 수평부로 이루어여 T형 단면을 갖는 고정홈이 수평부의 단부가 노출되도록 높이방향 일정 간격으로 전체 폭방향 또는 폭방향 단부에서 내측으로 일정 구간을 따라 형성되어, 베이스판재의 배면에 전면이 부착되도록 구성되는 단열재와; 수직한 지지부와 지지부의 상단부 및 하단부에서 동일한 직각방향으로 연장되는 두께부와 두께부의 단부에서 마주보는 수직방향으로 연장되는 걸림부와 걸림부의 단부에서 각각 외측 직각방향으로 연장되는 끼움부와, 끼움부의 단부에서 외측 직각방향으로 연장되는 지지면으로 이루어져 지지면이 단열재의 배면에 노출되도록 고정홈에 끼워져 고정되는 클립고정부재;를 포함하여 이루어진다.

The present invention relates to a brick dry construction unit system comprising a clip fixing member and a construction method for the same. Accordingly, the clip fixing member is fixed by being inserted into the fixing groove so that the support surface is exposed to the rear surface of the insulation material.
