The present invention relates to an exterior panel having a fixing clip. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an exterior panel having a fixing clip comprises: a front steel plate and a rear steel plate having a greater extension length in the vertical direction than in the horizontal direction; an upper frame coupled between the front steel plate and the rear steel plate; a first side frame; a second side frame; and a lower frame. The first side frame has a first side depression part that is depressed inwardly in the horizontal direction, and the second side frame has a second side protrusion part protruding outward in the horizontal direction. The outer periphery of the first side depression part of the first side frame is opened in the front direction and has a vertical insertion groove into which a first side end of the front steel plate is inserted, and at least one fixing clip into which the first side end of the front steel plate is inserted is provided in the vertical insertion groove. The fixing clip includes an insertion groove locking part fixed in the vertical insertion groove and a steel plate fixing part inserting and fixing the front steel plate to the fixing clip.
