METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMIC WAVEGUIDE FILTER AND CERAMIC WAVEGUIDE FILTER
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a ceramic wave guide filter and the ceramic wave guide filter, wherein after deposition of a seed layer and metal conductive layer on a ceramic base, the present invention enables uniform metalization by heat processing at a high temperature, and enables a reliability of the ceramic wave guide filter to be improved. The manufacturing method of the ceramic wave guide filter comprises: a step of preparing a ceramic base; a step of forming a seed layer; a step of forming a metal conductive layer; and a step of forming a eutectic junction layer.
본 발명의 세라믹 도파관 필터의 제조방법 및 세라믹 도파관 필터에 관한 것으로, 세라믹 기재 상에 시드층과 금속 전도층의 증착 이후 고온에서 열처리함으로써 균일한 금속화(metalization)가 가능하고 세라믹 도파관 필터의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
