The present invention relates to a faucet having a timer function. The faucet includes: a water inlet pipe connected to a water supply pipe, while having a first opening formed on one side between upper and lower ends; a moving body having a tubular shape, and installed at the upper end of the water inlet pipe to be liftable, while having a second opening formed on one side facing the first opening between the upper and lower ends; and a main body partially surrounding the water inlet pipe, while having a flow path connected to the first opening. As the moving body is moved up to connect the second opening to the first opening, tap water in the water inlet pipe is introduced into an inlet of the flow path to be discharged through an outlet thereof, and, as the moving body, which has been moved up, is gradually moved down by the dead load thereof to release the connection between the second opening and the first opening, the introduction of the water through the inlet of the flow path is cut off such that the discharge of the water through the outlet can be automatically stopped. Therefore, the present invention is minimizing water consumption while preventing pollution in surroundings.
본 발명은, 물공급관에 연결되되, 상단과 하단 사이의 일측에 제1개방구가 형성된 물유입관; 관 형태의 것으로서, 상기 물유입관의 상단부에 승강 가능하게 설치되되, 상단과 하단 사이의 상기 제1개방구를 바라보는 일측에 제2개방구가 형성된 가동체; 상기 물유입관을 부분적으로 감싸되, 상기 제1개방구와 연통하는 유로가 형성된 본체;를 포함하고, 상기 가동체가 승강하여 상기 제2개방구가 상기 제1개방구와 연통함에 따라 상기 물유입관 내의 수돗물이 상기 유로의 입구로 유입되어 출구를 통해 토출되고, 승강이 이루어진 상기 가동체가 자중에 의해 점차로 하강하여 상기 제2개방구와 상기 제1개방구의 연통이 해제됨에 따라 상기 유로의 입구를 통한 물 유입이 차단되어 상기 출구를 통한 물 토출이 자동으로 중단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이머 기능을 갖는 수도꼭지에 관한 것이다.
