Disclosed is a steadily fixing device comprising: a rectangular pillar-shaped mounting arm which is located on a bucket and is connected to the bucket through an arm cylinder located on one side and a coupling link located below; a rotating gripper which is located on the other side of the mounting arm, is rotatably fixed to the mounting arm, protrudes from the mounting arm, and is located between the bucket and the mounting arm; and a detachment induction cylinder which is located on the other side of the mounting arm, includes a cylinder tube and a piston rod, each of which is rotatably fixed to the mounting arm and the rotating gripper, and rotates the mounting arm during the relative reciprocating motion of the piston rod relative to the cylinder tube. The mounting arm, rotating gripper, or detachment induction cylinder has a detachment fusion part in the area occupied by the rotating gripper on the mounting arm. Therefore, the present invention can minimize undesired mechanical contact or friction noise.
본 발명에 따르는 안정 탈착(脫着) 장치는, 버켓 상에 위치되어 일 측부에 위치되는 암 실린더와 아래에 위치되는 결합 링크를 통해 버켓과 결합하는 사각 기둥 형상의 거치 암(arm); 거치 암의 타 측부에 위치되어 거치 암에 회전 고정되고 거치 암으로부터 돌출하면서 버켓과 거치 암 사이에 위치되는 회전 집게; 및 거치 암의 타 측부에 위치되어 거치 암과 회전 집게를 이어주면서 거치 암과 회전 집게에 각각이 회전 고정되는 실린더 튜브와 피스톤 로드를 가지고 실린더 튜브 대비 피스톤 로드의 상대적인 왕복 운동 동안 거치 암을 회전시키는 탈착 유도 실린더를 포함하고, 거치 암 또는 회전 집게 또는 탈착 유도 실린더는, 거치 암 상에서 회전 집게의 점유 면적에 탈착 융기부를 갖는다.
