The present invention relates to an automatic painting apparatus and an automatic painting method using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an automatic painting apparatus and an automatic painting method using the same, which are able to automatically adjust the position and angle of a painting unit. According to the present invention, the automatic painting apparatus comprises: a painting unit (100) spraying paint; a position adjustment unit (200) adjusting the position of the painting unit (100); an angle adjustment unit (300) adjusting the angle of the painting unit (100); and a control device unit (not shown) controlling the operation of one or more of the position adjustment unit (200) and the angle adjustment unit (300) to correspond to an image to be painted. The position adjustment unit (200) includes: a frame unit (210) supporting the painting unit (100); a first moving unit (220) moving the painting unit (100) in the direction of an X-axis; and a second moving unit (230) moving the painting unit (100) in the direction of a Y-axis.
본 발명은 자동 도색장치 및 이를 이용하는 자동 도색방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 도색부의 위치 및 각도가 자동조정되는 자동 도색장치 및 이를 이용하는 자동 도색방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 도료를 분사하는 도색부(100)와; 상기 도색부(100)의 위치를 조정하는 위치조정부(200)와; 상기 도색부(100)의 각도를 조정하는 각도조정부(300)와; 도색하고자 하는 이미지에 대응하여 상기 위치조정부(200) 및 상기 각도조정부(300) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 동작을 제어을 제어하는 제어장치부(미도시)를 포함하며; 상기 위치조정부(200)는, 상기 도색부(100)를 지지하는 프레임부(210)와; 상기 도색부(100)를 X축 방향으로 이동시키는 제1이동부(220)와; 상기 도색부(100)를 Y축 방향으로 이동시키는 제2이동부(230)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 도색장치를 개시한다.
