Backfill material composition for a ground heat exchanger and its manufacturing method including a ground heat exchanger system
The present invention relates to an industrial byproduct processing method and, more specifically, to a backfill composition for a ground heat exchanger, a manufacturing method thereof, and a method for processing an industrial byproduct containing magnesium oxide which can prevent a phenomenon in which the expansive ground, that is, the ground having refractories embedded therein, swells to be destroyed due to a hydration reaction of magnesium oxide (MgO), the main chemical component of the refractories when embedding the refractories, generated of a high temperature process work of an steel industry to be discarded.
본 발명은 산업부산물 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 제철산업의 고온 공정 작업으로 인해 생기는 내화물을 폐기하기 위해 지반에 매립시, 내화물의 주요 화학 성분인 산화마그네슘(MgO)의 수화반응으로 인해 발생하는 팽창성 지반 즉 내화물이 매립된 지반이 부풀어 파괴되는 현상을 방지할 수 있는 지중열교환기용 뒷채움재조성물, 그 제조방법 및 산화마그네슘함유 산업부산물처리방법에 관한 것이다.
