The present invention relates to a food waste disposal apparatus. The food waste disposal apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a decomposition tank disposing food by using a microorganism and accommodating food and the microorganism; a decomposition tank temperature sensor measuring a temperature of the decomposition tank; a decomposition tank water supplying unit supplying cold feed water to the inside of the decomposition tank; a decomposition tank heating unit heating the decomposition tank; and a control unit controlling the temperature of the decomposition tank by controlling the decomposition tank heating unit based on the temperature of the decomposition tank, and controlling the decomposition tank water supplying unit so that cold feed water is supplied to the decomposition tank when the temperature of the decomposition tank exceeds a set range. According to the food waste disposal apparatus, a microbial growth environment is properly maintained.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음식물 쓰레기 처리 장치는, 미생물을 이용해 음식물을 처리하고, 음식물과 미생물을 수용하는 분해조, 상기 분해조의 온도를 측정하는 분해조 온도 센서, 상기 분해조 내로 냉급수를 공급하는 분해조 급수부, 상기 분해조를 가열하는 분해조 가열부 및 상기 분해조의 온도를 기초로 상기 분해조 가열부를 제어하여 상기 분해조의 온도를 제어하고, 상기 분해조의 온도가 설정된 범위를 초과하면 상기 냉급수가 상기 분해조로 공급되도록 상기 분해조 급수부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
