LEAD-FREE PIEZOCERAMICS WITH IMPROVED PIEZOELECTRIC AND FERROELECTRIC PROPERTIES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to lead-free piezoelectric ceramics represented by [1-x](Bi_(1.03)Fe_(1-y)Al_y)O_3-x[BaTiO_3] (x=0.30-0.40, y=0.01-0.10), and a manufacturing method thereof. The lead-free piezoelectric ceramics represented by [1-x](Bi_(1.03)Fe_(1-y)Al_y)O_3-x[BaTiO_3] (x=0.30-0.40, y=0.01-0.10) according to the present invention does not contain lead, which is harmful to the environment and human body and which PZT-based piezoelectric ceramics have, and has a high phase transition temperature of 300 ℃ or higher and positive piezoelectric (d_(33)) and reverse piezoelectric (d_ (33) *) is eco-friendly lead-free piezoelectric ceramics with excellent piezoelectric and ferroelectric properties.
본 발명은 [1-x](Bi1.03Fe1-yAly)O3-x[BaTiO3] (x=0.30~0.40, y=0.01~0.10)로 표시되는 무연 압전 세라믹스 및 그 제조방법에 대한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 [1-x](Bi1.03Fe1-yAly)O3-x[BaTiO3] (x=0.30~0.40, y=0.01~0.10)로 표시되는 무연 압전 세라믹스는 PZT계 압전 세라믹스가 가지는 환경 및 인체에 유해한 납을 포함하지 않으며, 300 ℃ 이상의 높은 상전이 온도와 300 pC/N, 300 pm/V 이상의 정압전(d33) 및 역압전(d33*) 상수를 가지는 압전 및 강유전 특성이 뛰어난 친환경 무연 압전 세라믹스이다.
