The present invention relates to a door hinge device for preventing hand jamming, which has a structure that can easily connect a door to a door frame without being exposed to the outside. Thus, the door hinge device can provide a beautiful appearance, facilitates installation, repairing, and replacement of the door. By improving a rotary damper member installed in an upper door connector, a shock applied when the door closes is absorbed and the door closes softly so that noise and shock are prevented, and hand jamming and pressing are prevented. 외부로 노출되지 않은 채 문틀에 도어를 간단하게 연결할 수 있는 구조를 가져 외관이 미려할 뿐만 아니라 도어의 설치, 보수 및 교체 작업이 용이하고, 상부도어 연결구에 설치되는 로터리 댐퍼부재를 개선하여 도어가 닫혀질 때 가해지는 충격을 흡수하여 부드럽게 닫히도록 함으로써 소음과 충격을 방지하게 구성되고 손끼임 및 손눌림이 방지되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 손끼임 방지용 도어 힌지장치에 관한 것이다.
