Disclosed is an entry blocking device for a tunnel accident, which can easily control a fine position deviation between a limit sensor and a touch bar coming in contact with the limit sensor by finely adjusting the touch bar. The entry blocking device for a tunnel accident comprises: a rotary body part on which a blocking screen is wound; a drive motor part connected to one end of the rotary body part to rotate the rotary body part forward or backward; a first touching member connected to the other end of the rotary body part to be moved in a first direction or a second direction in accordance with the rotation of the rotary body part; a second touching member separated from the first touching member by a prescribed distance to be connected to the other end of the rotary body part, and moved in the first direction or the second direction in accordance with the rotation of the rotary body part; a first sensing member outputting a spreading lower limit signal when the first touching member is sensed in accordance with the movement of the first touching member; a second sensing member outputting a spreading upper limit signal when the second touching member is sensed in accordance with the movement of the second touching member; and a control unit controlling the operation of the drive motor, and stopping the operation of the drive motor when the spreading lower limit signal or the spreading upper limit signal is provided.
