Boltless car stopper and its construction method
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a boltless car stopper comprises: a car stopper part formed to have a predetermined height and thickness to support wheels of a vehicle; a support part formed to have a vertical length at a lower portion of the car stopper part and forming a supporting force of the car stopper part; and a fixing part coupled to the support part and embedded in the ground. A construction method using the boltless car stopper has the advantage of easy installation and maintenance due to the fact that no separate anchor bolt is required, as the construction method is performed through a drilling step of drilling a buried hole in the ground, a coupling step of coupling the fixing part to the support part provided below the car stopper part, and an embedding step of embedding the coupled fixing part into the buried hole formed in the ground.
본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 무볼팅식 카스토퍼는, 차량의 바퀴를 거치하도록 소정 높이와 두께를 가지도록 형성된 카스토퍼부; 상기 카스토퍼부의 하부에서 수직으로 길이를 가지도록 형성되며, 카스토퍼부의 지지력을 형성하는 지지부 및 상기 지지부와 결합되며, 지면에 매립되는 고정부를 포함하고, 이를 이용한 시공방법은, 지면에 매립홀을 천공하는 천공단계; 카스토퍼부의 하방에 구비된 지지부에 고정부를 결합시키는 결합단계 및 상기 결합된 고정부를 지면에 형성된 매립홀에 매립시키는 매립단계를 통해 수행됨으로써, 별도의 앙카볼트가 필요하지 않음으로 인해 설치와 유지보수가 용이한 장점을 가진다.
