An objective of the present invention is to provide a configuration of a scaffolding ladder boarding device for performing cable layering work while moving along a cable tray. The present invention relates to a boarding device for work, which comprises: a scaffolding ladder boarding device for performing cable laying work while moving along a cable tray; a ladder boarding device mounted on a work vehicle to perform work in a state of being elevated to a certain height or higher; and an aerial work platform boarding device for performing work by being raised to a certain height.
