AUTOMATIC STONE PROCESSING MACHINE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STONE USING THE SAME
An automatic stone machine and a method for manufacturing stone using the same are disclosed. The automatic stone machine comprises: a hole cup part having at least one hole cup, a first plate arranged on the hole cup part; a second plate spaced apart from the first plate and arranged on the hole cup part; and a lifting and lowering control part controlling the lifting and lowering of the plates. At least one hole-forming part is connected to one surface of the first plate, and at least one compaction part is connected to one surface of the second plate. The first plate is lowered by the lifting and lowering control part so that the hole-forming part is inserted into the hole cup of the hole cup part. In a state where the hole-forming part is inserted into the hole cup, a material forming stones fills the hole cup, and as the second plate is lifted and lowered by the lifting and lowering control part, the compaction part compacts the material filling the hole cup. As the second plate and the first plate are lifted by the lifting and lowering control part, a stone with a hole is manufactured.
자동 장돌 머신 및 이를 이용한 장돌 제조 방법이 개시된다. 상기 자동 장돌 머신은 적어도 하나의 홀컵을 가지는 홀컵부, 상기 홀컵부 위에 배열되는 제 1 플레이트, 상기 제 1 플레이트와 이격되며, 상기 홀컵부 위에 배열되는 제 2 플레이트 및 상기 플레이트들의 승하강을 제어하는 승하강 제어부를 포함한다. 여기서, 상기 제 1 플레이트 일면에 적어도 하나의 홀 형성부가 연결되고, 상기 제 2 플레이트 일면에 적어도 하나의 다짐부가 연결되며, 상기 승하강 제어부에 의해 상기 제 1 플레이트가 하강하여 상기 홀 형성부가 상기 홀컵부의 홀컵 내로 삽입되고, 상기 홀 형성부가 상기 홀컵 내에 삽입된 상태에서 장돌을 형성하는 물질이 상기 홀컵에 채워지며, 상기 승하강 제어부에 의해 상기 제 2 플레이트가 승하강함에 따라 상기 다짐부가 상기 홀컵 내에 채워진 물질을 다지며, 상기 승하강 제어부에 의해 상기 제 2 플레이트 및 상기 제 1 플레이트가 상승함에 따라 홀이 형성된 장돌이 제조된다.
