The present invention provides technology relating to a prefabricated modular house which is suitable for a prefabricated house such as a farmhouse and a country house. The prefabricated modular house comprises: four pillar frames forming a c-shape and having foundation connectors formed on a lower horizontal portion; upper and lower main connection frames for forming a front frame and a rear frame forming a closed loop by enabling each upper end portion and each lower end portion of two pillar frame facing each other in left and right directions among the four pillar frames disposed to form a predetermined space distance in front and back and left and right directions; a plurality of transverse connection frames each having one end connected to the front frame and the other end coupled through a second connection structure while having a predetermined space distance in a shape of being connected to the rear frame; and a plurality of vertical connection frames each having one end connected to the upper main connection frame among the upper and lower main connection frames and the other end coupled to the lower main connection frame through a third connection structure. Therefore, field assembly characteristics are excellent.
본 발명은 농막, 전원주택 등의 조립식 주택으로 적합한 조립형 모듈러 주택에 관한 기술로서, ㄷ 자 형상을 이루며 하단 수평부에 기초연결구가 형성되는 4개의 기둥프레임; 전후좌우 방향으로 소정의 이격거리를 이루도록 배치되는 상기 4개의 기둥프레임 중 좌우 방향으로 마주보는 두 개의 기둥프레임의 각 상단부 및 각 하단부가 제1연결구조를 통해 결합되게 하여 폐루프를 이루는 전방프레임과 후방프레임이 형성되게 하는 상하메인연결프레임; 일단은 상기 전방프레임에 연결되고 타단은 상기 후방프레임에 연결되는 형태로 소정 이격거리를 두면서 제2연결구조를 통해 결합되는 복수의 가로연결프레임; 일단은 상기 상하메인연결프레임 중 상측 메인연결프레임에 연결되고, 타단은 하측 메인연결프레임에 제3연결구조를 통해 결합되는 복수의 세로연결프레임;을 포함하여 현장 조립특성이 우수하도록 한 것을 특징으로 한다.
