The present invention provides a fireproof insulation project window capable of effectively meeting aesthetics and fire prevention performance while reducing the cost of production and production of windows. Therefore, the fireproof insulation project window can be used to improve a window frame structure, thereby being easily produced and assembled, to have non-exposure fixing pieces which hinder the beauty of the window, thereby improving aesthetic sensibility, and to improve a double glass fixing structure and a window frame insulation structure installed on a sash, thereby satisfying fire prevention and insulation performance.
본 발명은 창호 생산 및 제작에 따른 비용은 줄이면서 심미감과 방화성능까지 효과적으로 충족할 수 있는 방화 단열 프로젝트창호를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 상, 하부 창틀프레임(110)(120)과 한 쌍의 종형 창틀프레임(130) 조합에 의해 개구부(140)를 형성하도록 구비되는 창틀모듈(100); 상기 상부 창틀프레임(110)에 연결되고, 내주면에 메인슬롯홈(230)이 형성되는 창짝모듈(200); 상기 메인슬롯홈(230)에 삽입되어 내열성 단열충진물(310)에 의해 구속되도록 구비되는 내화유리(300); 및 상기 메인슬롯홈(230)에 삽입되어 간봉(410)에 의해 내화유리(300)와 이격된 상태로 단열층(420)을 형성하고, 내열성 단열충진물(310)에 의해 구속되도록 구비되는 단열유리(400)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 방화 단열 프로젝트창호를 이용하면, 생산과 조립이 쉽게 이루어질 수 있도록 창호 프레임 구조를 개선함과 동시에, 창호 미관을 저해하는 고정피스를 비노출식으로 설치하여 미관상 심미감 향상을 도모하고, 창짝에 설치되는 이중 유리 픽싱구조 및 창틀 단열구조를 개선하여 방화 및 단열성능까지 충족할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
