The present invention relates to a construction method of foundation horizontal work and connection with a substructure for a timber house, which can enhance workability and reduce personnel expenses by shortening a construction period. The construction method includes: a foundation wood and double button fixing step of placing a foundation wood, which is overlapped with a double button thereon, between a foundation wood horizontal line marked inside a cast and a double button horizontal line, and driving a screw bolt into the cast from the outside to the inside to fix the foundation wood and the double button in a state of protruding inward from an inner side of the cast; a hole forming step of vertically drilling a plurality of holes for an L-shaped anchor in a state that the foundation wood and the double button adhere to each other; an L-shaped anchor fixing step of inserting the L-shaped anchor into the hole for allowing the L-shaped anchor to penetrate upwards, fixing the L-shaped anchor by fastening a washer and a nut on a portion of the L-shaped anchor upper than the double button, and welding and connecting a portion of the L-shaped anchor under the foundation wood onto a steel bar; a concrete placing step of placing concrete until an upper end of concrete reaches a concrete horizontal line corresponding to a horizontal lower end line of the foundation wood; and a wall connection step of drilling, for standing and fixing a button plate at a lower part of a wall on the double button after the concrete sets, L-shaped anchor holes on portions corresponding to a plurality of L-shaped anchors on the button plate at the lower part of the wall to insert the L-shaped anchors and joint the same with the washer and the nut so as to connect from the substructure to the wall through the L-shaped anchor.
