The present invention relates to a rope moving vehicle transport device of a walking mat weaving machine. More particularly, the present invention is invented to provide economic benefits by improving productivity without worrying about breakdowns by ensuring that the rope moving vehicle that transports the horizontal lines crossing the vertical lines for weaving operates smoothly and quickly. The present invention comprises: a vertical line inserting unit (10) that sequentially induces and inserts vertical lines (A) into upper and lower portions; a tension maintaining unit (20) for maintaining tension in a state in which the plurality of vertical lines (A) are movable; a vertical line crossing unit (30) installed in front of the tension maintaining unit (20); a horizontal line inserting unit (40) that inserts a horizontal line between the vertical lines (A) once each time the vertical line (A) crosses vertically by the vertical line crossing unit (30); a horizontal line adhesion unit (50) installed between the vertical line crossing unit (30) and the horizontal line inserting unit (40); and a mat discharge unit (60) installed in front of the horizontal line adhesion unit (50).
본 발명은 보행매트 직조기의 로프이동차 이송장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 직조를 위해 세로줄과 교차되게 가로줄을 이송시키는 로프이동차가 원활하면서도 신속하게 동작이 이루어지도록 하여 고장의 염려가 없고 생산성을 향상하여 경제적인 이익을 제공할 수 있도록 발명된 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은 로프로 이루어진 세로줄(A)이 감겨있는 다수의 세로로프휠(11)에서 세로줄(A)을 순차적으로 상하로 구분되게 유도하여 투입하는 세로줄 투입부(10)와; 상기 세로줄 투입부(10)의 전방에 설치되고, 상기 세로줄 투입부(10)를 통해 상하로 구분되게 투입된 다수의 세로줄(A)이 이동 가능한 상태에서 장력을 유지시키는 장력유지부(20)와; 상기 장력유지부(20)의 전방에 설치되고, 상하로 구분된 다수의 세로줄(A)이 이동 가능한 상태에서 반복하여 상하방향으로 교차시키는 세로줄 교차부(30)와; 상기 세로줄 교차부(30)의 전방에 상호 이격되는 두 개의 상기 받침대(42)의 상면에 구동수단에 의해 전후진이 이루어지는 이동대(43)가 배치되고, 이 이동대(43)의 상면에 가로줄(B)이 감겨 있는 가로줄 로프휠(41) 안착된 로프이동차(44)가 수평으로 양측의 이동대(43) 위치로 견인수단(100)을 통해 이동하면서 가로줄(B)을 인출하여 상기 세로줄 교차부(30)에 의해 상기 세로줄(A)이 상하로 교차될 때마다 한 번씩 세로줄(A)의 사이에 가로줄을 투입하는 가로줄 투입부(40)와; 상기 세로줄 교차부(30)와 가로줄 투입부(40)의 사이에 설치되고, 상기 세로줄(A)이 관통되는 상태로 상기 세로줄(A) 사이에 투입된 가로줄(B)을 세로줄(A) 사이로 가압하여 밀착시키는 가로줄 밀착부(50)와; 상기 가로줄 밀착부(50)의 전방에 설치되고, 상기 가로줄(B)이 상기 세로줄(A) 사이에 밀착되면서 직조된 매트를 외부로 배출시키고 상기 세로줄(A)을 전방으로 인출시키는 매트배출부(60)가 포함되어 구성된 것에 있어서, 상기 가로줄 투입부(40)의 견인수단(100)은 두 개의 이동대(43)에 각각 힌지축(120)을 중심으로 회전 자유롭게 경사면(111)을 갖는 스톱퍼(110)를 설치하고, 이 스톱퍼(110)의 하단으로 뚫어지는 홀(112)의 위치로 실린더(130)에 의해 출몰되는 로드(131)에 걸려지도록 하며, 스톱퍼(110)와 실린더(130) 사이로 스프링(140)을 탄력 설치하여 스톱퍼(110)가 로프이동차(44)의 하부에 설치되는 크로스바(44a)에 걸려져서 이송되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
