Exterior panels for buildings and their manufacturing methods
The present invention relates to an exterior panel for architecture and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention provides insulation, lightweight, and user convenience by using yellow soil powder or discarded shells and yellow soil powder. The present invention provides an exterior panel for architecture, which comprises: a lower plate and an upper plate which are made from steel; side surface members made from wood, which are attached to and fixed on an edge side of the lower plate so that the lower plate can be apart from the upper plate; branch pipes arranged on an inner side of the side surface members at regular intervals and having an upper side and a lower side in contact with the lower plate and the upper plate; and yellow soil mixture inserted between the branch pipes into the side surface members. In addition, the present invention provides a manufacturing method of the exterior panel for architecture, which comprises: a side surface member coupling step to couple the wooden side surface members with an edge of the steel lower plate; a branch pipe fixing step to arrange and fix the branch pipes on an inner side of the side surface members by a piece; a mixture insertion step to insert the yellow soil mixture between the branch pipes into the side surface members; an upper plate coupling step to put the upper plate on an upper side, into which the branch pipes and the yellow soil mixture are inserted, and fix the upper plate on the branch pipes by a piece; and a drying step to dry the completed exterior panel for architecture.
본 발명은 건축용 외장판넬 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 황토분말 또는 버려지는 패각과 황토분말를 이용하여 단열성 제공은 물론이고 경량화하여 사용 편리성을 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 스틸 구성의 하판 및 상판과; 하판과 상판이 이격되도록 하판의 가장자리측에 접착 고정되는 목재 구성의 측면부재와; 상기 측면부재들의 안쪽에 일정간격으로 배치되어 하판과 상판에 상하측이 접하는 지관과; 상기 측면부재들의 안쪽으로 지관 사이에 내입되는 황토혼합물을 포함하는 건축용 외장판넬을 제공한한 것이다. 또한 본 발명을 스틸 구성의 하판 가장자리에 목재 구성의 측면부재를 결합하는 측면부재 결합단계와; 측면부재 안쪽으로 지관을 배치하여 피스로 고정하는 지관 고정단계와; 측면부재들의 안쪽으로 지관 사이에 황토혼합물을 내입하는 혼합물 내입단계와; 지관과 황토혼합물이 내입된 상측으로 상판을 안치하고 지관과 피스로 고정하는 상판 결합단계와; 완성된 건축용 외장판넬을 건조하는 건조단계를 포함하는 건축용 외장판넬 제조방법을 제공한 것이다.
