Lightweight composite form
The present invention relates to a lightweight composite formwork composed of a foam panel constructed by attaching fiber-reinforced sheets to both side surfaces of a lightweight core material and a reinforcing frame on the rear surface of the foam panel. More specifically, the present invention relates to the lightweight composite formwork capable of minimizing surface treatment because a formwork is lightweight, does not require a release agent, and does not have a rivet mark on the finished surface. The lightweight composite formwork of the present invention comprises: the foam panel composed of the lightweight core material, which is a plate material, and the fiber-reinforced sheet attached to the both side surfaces of the lightweight core material; a reinforcing frame composed of a plurality of side reinforcing members protrudingly formed with flanges of which the foam panels are seated and fixed on the inside; and a fastening member fixing the foam panel to the flange.
본 발명은 경량 심재의 양측면에 섬유보강시트를 부착하여 구성되는 폼 패널과 폼 패널 배면의 보강프레임으로 구성되는 경량 합성 거푸집에 대한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 거푸집을 경량화하고, 박리제가 필요 없을 뿐 아니라 마감면에 리벳 자국이 없어 면 처리를 최소화할 수 있는 경량 합성 거푸집에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 경량 합성 거푸집은 판재인 경량 심재와 상기 경량 심재의 양측면에 부착되는 섬유보강시트로 구성되는 폼 패널; 내측에 상기 폼 패널이 안착되어 고정되는 플랜지가 돌출 형성된 복수의 측면보강재로 구성되는 보강프레임; 및 상기 플랜지에 폼 패널을 고정하는 체결부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
