A reinforcement and flotation system for a damaged underwater structure according to an embodiment comprises: a pouring part for pouring concrete into a damaged portion of an underwater structure; a control part for controlling the concrete pouring of the pouring part; and a flotation part for floating the underwater structure to the water surface after the reinforcement of the damaged portion by the pouring part is completed. The damaged portion is reinforced by the curing of the poured concrete. A reinforcement and flotation method for an underwater structure with a damaged bottom surface according to an embodiment comprises: a reinforcing step of disposing a reinforcing plate on a damaged portion of the bottom surface of the underwater structure; a fixing step of pouring concrete on the reinforcing plate to fix the reinforcing plate to the underwater structure; and a floating step of draining water inside the underwater structure to float the underwater structure. Therefore, provided are a reinforcement and flotation system for an underwater structure and a reinforcement and flotation method for an underwater structure with a damaged bottom surface, wherein environmental pollution can be prevented and underwater waste can be treated easily.
일 실시예에 따른 손상된 수중구조물의 보강 및 부양 시스템은 상기 수중구조물의 손상 부분에 콘크리트를 타설하는 타설부; 상기 타설부의 콘크리트 타설을 제어하는 제어부; 및 상기 타설부에 의한 손상 부분의 보강이 완료된 후에 상기 수중구조물을 수면으로 부양시키는 부양부; 를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 손상 부분은 타설된 콘크리트의 양생을 통해 보강된다. 일 실시예에 따른 저면이 손상된 수중구조물의 보강 및 부양 방법에 있어서, 상기 수중구조물의 저면 손상부에 보강판이 배치되는 보강 단계; 상기 보강판의 상부에 콘크리트가 타설되어 상기 보강판이 수중구조물에 고정되는 고정 단계; 및 상기 수중구조물 내부의 물이 배수되어 상기 수중구조물이 부양되는 부양 단계; 를 포함할 수 있다.
