VEHICLE TRUNK DRIVE ACTUATOR
The present invention relates to a drive actuator of a vehicle trunk, which opens and closes a vehicle trunk. The drive actuator of a vehicle trunk comprises: a drive motor; a rotation shaft which is formed with a first worm gear in a first direction in a first region, is formed with a second worm gear in a second direction opposite to the first direction in a second region, and is rotated and driven by the drive motor; a first worm wheel which engages with the first worm gear; a first transmission gear which integrally rotates with the first worm wheel; a second worm wheel which engages with the second worm gear; a second transmission gear which integrally rotates with the second worm wheel; an output gear which rotates by engaging with the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear at the same time; an output shaft which is interconnected with the rotation of the output gear causing the same to rotate; and a drive holder which is fixed to the output shaft to rotate with the output shaft and is connected with a connection bracket connected with a vehicle trunk lid. The drive actuator of a vehicle trunk can open and close a trunk lid with vibrations, allow a user to manually open and close the trunk lid, prevent noise and vibrations, and have a compact lightweight structure.
본 발명은 차량용 트렁크의 구동 액츄에이터에 관한 것으로, 차량용 트렁크를 개폐시키는 액츄에이터로서, 구동 모터와; 제1영역에서는 제1방향으로 제1워엄기어가 형성되고, 제2영역에서는 제1방향과 반대 방향인 제2방향으로 제2워엄기어가 형성되며, 상기 구동 모터에 의해 회전 구동되는 회전축과; 상기 제1워엄 기어와 맞물리는 제1워엄휠과; 상기 제1워엄휠과 일체로 회전하는 제1전달기어와; 상기 제2워엄 기어와 맞물리는 제2워엄휠과; 상기 제2워엄휠과 일체로 회전하는 제2전달기어와; 상기 제1전달기어와 상기 제2전달기어에 동시에 맞물려 회전하는 출력 기어와; 상기 출력 기어의 회전과 연동하여 회전하는 출력축과; 상기 출력축에 고정되어 상기 출력축과 함께 회전하고, 차량용 트렁크 후드와 연결된 연결 브라켓과 연결되는 구동 홀더를; 포함하여 구성되어, 트렁크 후드를 전동으로 개폐할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사용자에 의해 트렁크 후드를 수동으로 개폐하는 것을 허용하면서 소음과 진동 발생을 억제하고 콤팩트한 경량 구조의 차량용 트렁크의 구동 액츄에이터를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a drive actuator of a vehicle trunk, which opens and closes a vehicle trunk. The drive actuator of a vehicle trunk comprises: a drive motor; a rotation shaft which is formed with a first worm gear in a first direction in a first region, is formed with a second worm gear in a second direction opposite to the first direction in a second region, and is rotated and driven by the drive motor; a first worm wheel which engages with the first worm gear; a first transmission gear which integrally rotates with the first worm wheel; a second worm wheel which engages with the second worm gear; a second transmission gear which integrally rotates with the second worm wheel; an output gear which rotates by engaging with the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear at the same time; an output shaft which is interconnected with the rotation of the output gear causing the same to rotate; and a drive holder which is fixed to the output shaft to rotate with the output shaft and is connected with a connection bracket connected with a vehicle trunk lid. The drive actuator of a vehicle trunk can open and close a trunk lid with vibrations, allow a user to manually open and close the trunk lid, prevent noise and vibrations, and have a compact lightweight structure.
