The present invention relates to a method for repairing a crack of a building structure and a material for repairing a crack of a building structure, applied to the same, capable of improving waterproof efficiency according to repair of a crack. According to the present invention, the method for repairing a crack of a building structure includes: a building structure crack repair material preparing step of preparing the material for repairing a crack of a building structure, which comprises 60-85 parts by weight of methyl methacrylate, 55-75 parts by weight of polysiloxane, 40-85 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene ether, 38-63 parts by weight of methyl oleate, 32-55 parts by weight of methyl cyclopentane, 22-44 parts by weight of cyclohexanone, and 11-33 parts by weight of a silicone antifoaming agent, added in 100 parts by weight of composite emulsion mixed with isocyanurate, solid content 25% of methylamine emulsion, and triethyl phosphine; a repair part surface treatment step of treating the surface of a repair part with a crack to repair the crack; a crack repair material applying step of applying a material for repairing a crack of a building structure to the repair part in which the surface treatment is completed; and a surface finishing step of performing finishing work on the surface in which applying the material for repairing a crack of a building structure is completed.
건축구조물 크랙 보수방법 및 그 방법에 적용되는 건축구조물 크랙 보수재료에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 건축구조물 크랙 보수방법은, 이소시아누레이트, 고형분 25%인 메틸아민 에멀전 및 트리에틸포스핀이 혼합된 복합 에멀전 100 중량부에, 메틸메타아크릴레이트 60-85 중량부, 폴리실록산 55-75 중량부, 폴리옥시에틸렌에테르 40-85 중량부, 메틸올레이트 38-63 중량부, 메틸싸이클로펜탄 32-55 중량부, 싸이클로헥사논 22-44 중량부 및 실리콘소포제 11-33 중량부가 첨가되어 형성된 건축구조물 크랙 보수재료를 준비하는 건축구조물 크랙 보수재료 준비단계; 크랙(crack)의 보수를 위하여 상기 크랙이 있는 보수부위에 대하여 표면을 처리하는 보수부위 표면 처리단계; 표면 처리가 완료된 보수부위에 상기 건축구조물 크랙 보수재료를 도포하는 크랙 보수재료 도포단계; 및 상기 건축구조물 크랙 보수재료의 도포가 완료된 표면에 대한 마무리 작업을 진행하는 표면 마무리 작업단계를 포함한다.
