The present invention relates to a fixing member for a waterproof projection mold. More specifically, a waterproof projection mold can be firmly supported on a fixing member at the time of concreting at a building, and the waterproof projection mold can be easily dismantled after concrete is cured. Therefore, work efficiency can be improved. In the present invention, provided is a fixing member (100) for a waterproof projection mold, wherein a support member (11) at a lower end of a pillar (10) is supported on a floor slab of a building, and a fixing bracket (2a) and a fixture (20) of a waterproof projection mold (2) are assembled and fixed to an upper end of the pillar (10). A bracket support (15) on which a fixing bracket (2a) is seated is provided on an upper surface of the pillar (10). A fixture fitting groove (16) is formed at the center of the bracket support (15). The fixture fitting groove (16) is provided with a fixture locking projection (17) which has a concave shape and is stepped by extending and molded on the inside. The fixture (20) is configured such that as a fitting part (24) protruding from a lower side of a fixing upper plate (21) is fitted into a fitting hole of the fixing bracket (2a) and the fixture fitting groove (16) of the pillar (10), a fitting protrusion (25) is engaged with the fixture locking projection (17) to enable the pillar (10) including the fixing bracket (2a) and the fixture (20) to be coupled to each other.
본 발명은 방수턱 거푸집용 고정부재에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 콘크리트 시공 시에 방수턱 거푸집이 고정부재에 견고히 지지될 수 있도록 하고, 콘크리트 경화 후에는 방수턱 거푸집의 해체가 용이하도록 구성하여 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 건축물의 바닥 슬래브에 지주(10) 하단부의 받침부재(11)가 지지되고, 상기 지주(10)의 상단부에 방수턱 거푸집(2)의 고정브라켓(2a)과 고정구(20)를 조립해 고정하는 방수턱 거푸집용 고정부재(100)에 있어서; 상기 지주(10)의 상면에는, 고정브라켓(2a)이 안착되는 브라켓받침대(15)가 구비되고, 상기 브라켓받침대(15)의 중앙에 요(凹)형상을 갖고 내측에 확장 성형되어 단턱진 고정구걸림턱(17)이 구비된 고정구끼움홈(16)을 형성하고, 상기 고정구(20)는, 고정브라켓(2a)의 끼움구멍과 지주(10)의 고정구끼움홈(16)에 고정상판(21)의 하측에 돌출 형성된 끼움부(24)를 삽입하면서 상기 고정구걸림턱(17)에 끼움돌기(25)가 맞물려 고정브라켓(2a)을 포함해 지주(10)와 고정구(20)를 상호 결합되게 구성한다.

본 발명은 방수턱 거푸집용 고정부재에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 콘크리트 시공 시에 방수턱 거푸집이 고정부재에 견고히 지지될 수 있도록 하고, 콘크리트 경화 후에는 방수턱 거푸집의 해체가 용이하도록 구성하여 작업 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 발명한 것이다. 본 발명의 구성은, 건축물의 바닥 슬래브에 지주(10) 하단부의 받침부재(11)가 지지되고, 상기 지주(10)의 상단부에 방수턱 거푸집(2)의 고정브라켓(2a)과 고정구(20)를 조립해 고정하는 방수턱 거푸집용 고정부재(100)에 있어서; 상기 지주(10)의 상면에는, 고정브라켓(2a)이 안착되는 브라켓받침대(15)가 구비되고, 상기 브라켓받침대(15)의 중앙에 요(凹)형상을 갖고 내측에 확장 성형되어 단턱진 고정구걸림턱(17)이 구비된 고정구끼움홈(16)을 형성하고, 상기 고정구(20)는, 고정브라켓(2a)의 끼움구멍과 지주(10)의 고정구끼움홈(16)에 고정상판(21)의 하측에 돌출 형성된 끼움부(24)를 삽입하면서 상기 고정구걸림턱(17)에 끼움돌기(25)가 맞물려 고정브라켓(2a)을 포함해 지주(10)와 고정구(20)를 상호 결합되게 구성한다.
