THE ROTATING CYLINDER SYSTEM FOR SUICIDE PREVENTION WITH ENHANCED STRUCTURAL PERFORMANCE
The present invention relates to a rotating cylinder system for suicide prevention with enhanced structural performance, comprising a coupling unit coupled to the ground or a structure; a supporting unit extending upward from the coupling unit and configured to have a preset angle to the ground; and a rotating unit rotatably installed on the supporting unit and rotating when grasped by a suicide attempter so as to restrain the suicide attempter from drowning him/herself, wherein the supporting unit and the rotating unit each satisfy preset upper limits of allowable bending stress, shear stress, and combined stress. According to the present invention, provided is a rotating cylinder system having greatly improved and enhanced structural performance so as to effectively prevent the suicide of a suicide attempter.
본 발명은 구조성능이 향상된 투신자살 방어를 위한 회전 원통형 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 지면 또는 구조물에 결합되는 결합부; 상기 결합부서 상측으로 연장형성되고, 지면에 대해 기설정된 각도를 가지도록 형성되는 지지부; 및 상기 지지부에 회전가능하게 설치되며, 투신시도자에 의해 파지되는 경우 회전하여 상기 투신시도자의 투신을 저지하는 회전부를 포함하되, 상기 지지부와 상기 회전부는, 기설정된 휨응력, 전단응력 및 조합응력의 허용응력 상한값을 각각 만족하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 구조성능이 대폭적으로 개선·향상되어 투신시도자의 투신이 효과적으로 저지될 수 있는 회전 원통형 시스템이 제공될 수 있다.
