The present invention relates to a refractory filler-type through sleeve for retaining a wall, which is fixed into a mold before concrete is poured to perforate a hole with a constant diameter into a wall body for electric wiring, drainage, ventilation, and the like when a building is constructed, such that the hole can be provided. The refractory filler-type through sleeve has the functionality to block the movement of flames according to the Fire Services Act in the event of a fire by providing a configuration in which a refractory filler is coupled to the inside of the through sleeve. When constituting the refractory filler-type through sleeve for retaining a wall, which is height-adjustable by coupling a second sleeve with a male thread to a first sleeve with a female screw, a filler coupling means is formed on an inner surface of the second sleeve with the male thread, and the refractory filler is coupled to the same. The filler coupling means comprises: a plurality of clip fixtures to which the refractory filler is inserted and fixed; and an end fixture to which both ends of the pad-type refractory filler are coupled.
본 발명은 건축물의 시공시 전기배선, 배수, 통기(通氣) 등을 위해 벽체에 일정한 직경을 갖는 구멍을 천공하기 위해 콘크리트 타설 전에 거푸집 내에 고정하여 구멍을 제공할 수 있도록 한 내화충전재 타입 벽체옹벽용 관통슬리브에 관한 것으로, 관통슬리브 내측으로 내화충전재를 결합하는 구성을 제공하여 화재 발생 시 소방법에 따른 화염 이동을 차단할 수 있도록 한 기능성을 갖도록 한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 암나사가 형성된 제1슬리브에 수나사가 형성된 제2슬리브를 결합하여 높이 조절이 이루어질 수 있도록 구성된 벽체옹벽용 관통슬리브를 구성함에 있어서; 상기 수나사가 형성된 제2슬리브의 내면에는 충전재결합수단을 형성하여 내화충전재를 결합하되; 상기 충전재결합수단은, 내화충전재를 끼워 고정하는 복수의 클립고정구와; 패드 형태의 내화충전재의 양단부가 결합되는 단부고정구로 구성된 것이다.
