The present invention relates to a construction exterior panel having a barrier for preventing a fire. The construction exterior panel having the barrier for preventing the fire according to one example of the present invention comprises: a front surface steel plate; a back surface steel plate; an upper part frame; a first side surface frame; a second side surface frame; and a lower part frame. A gasket is fixed to at least one of the upper part frame, the first and second side surface frames, and the lower part frame. At least one side surface of both side surfaces of the gasket in a width direction is provided with the barrier protruding from the at least one frame to prevent the fire from spreading. According to the construction exterior panel having the barrier for preventing the fire, the fire can be prevented from spreading through the gasket in the event of the fire.
본 발명은 화재 방지용 차단벽을 구비한 건축용 외장 패널에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일례에 따른 화재 방지용 차단벽을 구비한 건축용 외장 패널은 전면 강판, 배면 강판, 상부 프레임, 제1 측면 프레임, 제2 측면 프레임 및 하부 프레임을 포함하고, 상기 상부 프레임, 상기 제1, 2 측면 프레임 및 상기 하부 프레임 중 적어도 하나의 프레임에는 가스켓이 고정되고, 상기 가스켓의 폭방향 양쪽 측면 중 적어도 하나의 측면에는 화재 확산을 방지하기 위해 상기 적어도 하나의 프레임으로부터 돌출되는 차단벽이 구비된다.
