본발명은 트롤리 설치형 안전로프 이동장치에 관한 것으로, 기둥들 사이에 브라켓을 설치하고 상기 브라켓에는 로프(1)를 연결하고 상기 로프(1)에는 트롤리(100)를 설치하고 트롤리(100)에는 작업자와 연결되는 안전로프(2)를 결합하는 것으로, 본발명은 작업자와 연결된 안전로프가 결합되는 트롤리를 로프를 따라 이동함에 작업시간을 절약하고 작업이 원활한 현저한 효과가 있다.
