In accordance with the present invention, provided are a hydraulic valve and a hydraulic control device for a front loader of an agricultural tractor. In accordance with the present invention, the hydraulic valve includes: a valve body in which an oil flow path and a spool housing hole are formed; and a spool installed to be movable in the spool housing hole and formed to change an oil transfer route in the oil flow path, wherein the oil flow path includes an oil supply flow path connected to an oil supply pump, first and second flow paths individually connected to a driving cylinder, and an oil discharge flow path connected to the oil tank. The spool has a first moving position connecting the first flow path with the oil supply flow path and connecting the second flow path with the oil discharge flow path, a second moving position connecting the first flow path with the oil discharge flow path and connecting the second flow path with the oil supply flow path, and a neutral position cutting off the connections between the first flow path, the second flow path, the oil supply flow path, and the oil discharge flow path. The valve body includes a first valve unit disposed in at least one of the first and second flow paths, wherein the first valve unit is opened on the first and second positions to connect an oil transfer route of at least one of the first and second flow paths, and is closed on the neutral position to cut off the oil transfer route of at least one of the first and second flow paths. Therefore, the present invention is capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of an oil leak in the hydraulic valve.
본 발명은 유압 밸브 및 농업용 트랙터 프론트 로더의 유압 제어장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 유압 밸브는 내부에 오일 유로 및 스풀 수용홀이 형성되는 밸브 본체; 및 스풀 수용홀에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 오일 유로 내의 오일 이동 경로를 전환하도록 구성되는 스풀;을 포함하고, 오일 유로는 오일 공급펌프에 연결되는 오일 공급유로, 구동 실린더에 각각 연결되는 제1 유로와 제2 유로 및 오일 탱크에 연결되는 오일 배출유로를 포함하고, 스풀은 제1 유로와 오일 공급유로를 연결하고 제2 유로와 오일 배출유로를 연결하는 제1 이동위치, 제1 유로와 오일 배출유로를 연결하고 제2 유로와 오일 공급유로를 연결하는 제2 이동위치, 및 제1 유로, 제2 유로, 오일 공급유로 및 오일 배출유로 사이의 연결을 차단하는 중립위치를 가지며, 밸브 본체에는 제1 및 제2 유로 중 적어도 하나에 배치되는 제1 밸브 유닛을 구비하여, 제1 밸브 유닛이 제1 및 제2 이동위치에서 개방되어 상기 제1 및 제2 유로 중 적어도 하나의 오일 이동 경로를 연결시키고, 중립위치에서 폐쇄되어 상기 제1 및 제2 유로 중 적어도 하나의 오일 이동 경로를 차단시키도록 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명의 유압 밸브 내부의 오일 리크 발생을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.

In accordance with the present invention, provided are a hydraulic valve and a hydraulic control device for a front loader of an agricultural tractor. In accordance with the present invention, the hydraulic valve includes: a valve body in which an oil flow path and a spool housing hole are formed; and a spool installed to be movable in the spool housing hole and formed to change an oil transfer route in the oil flow path, wherein the oil flow path includes an oil supply flow path connected to an oil supply pump, first and second flow paths individually connected to a driving cylinder, and an oil discharge flow path connected to the oil tank. The spool has a first moving position connecting the first flow path with the oil supply flow path and connecting the second flow path with the oil discharge flow path, a second moving position connecting the first flow path with the oil discharge flow path and connecting the second flow path with the oil supply flow path, and a neutral position cutting off the connections between the first flow path, the second flow path, the oil supply flow path, and the oil discharge flow path. The valve body includes a first valve unit disposed in at least one of the first and second flow paths, wherein the first valve unit is opened on the first and second positions to connect an oil transfer route of at least one of the first and second flow paths, and is closed on the neutral position to cut off the oil transfer route of at least one of the first and second flow paths. Therefore, the present invention is capable of effectively preventing the occurrence of an oil leak in the hydraulic valve.
본 발명은 유압 밸브 및 농업용 트랙터 프론트 로더의 유압 제어장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 유압 밸브는 내부에 오일 유로 및 스풀 수용홀이 형성되는 밸브 본체; 및 스풀 수용홀에 이동 가능하게 설치되어 오일 유로 내의 오일 이동 경로를 전환하도록 구성되는 스풀;을 포함하고, 오일 유로는 오일 공급펌프에 연결되는 오일 공급유로, 구동 실린더에 각각 연결되는 제1 유로와 제2 유로 및 오일 탱크에 연결되는 오일 배출유로를 포함하고, 스풀은 제1 유로와 오일 공급유로를 연결하고 제2 유로와 오일 배출유로를 연결하는 제1 이동위치, 제1 유로와 오일 배출유로를 연결하고 제2 유로와 오일 공급유로를 연결하는 제2 이동위치, 및 제1 유로, 제2 유로, 오일 공급유로 및 오일 배출유로 사이의 연결을 차단하는 중립위치를 가지며, 밸브 본체에는 제1 및 제2 유로 중 적어도 하나에 배치되는 제1 밸브 유닛을 구비하여, 제1 밸브 유닛이 제1 및 제2 이동위치에서 개방되어 상기 제1 및 제2 유로 중 적어도 하나의 오일 이동 경로를 연결시키고, 중립위치에서 폐쇄되어 상기 제1 및 제2 유로 중 적어도 하나의 오일 이동 경로를 차단시키도록 구성된다. 따라서, 본 발명의 유압 밸브 내부의 오일 리크 발생을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다.
