The present invention relates to a curtain wall assembly with improved insulation performance and bonding strength and, more specifically, to a curtain wall assembly with improved structural strength, which can effectively block the heat deliverance of the internal and external air, can be temporarily fixed even before a screw, which is a fastening member, is fastened, to easily perform the fastening work, and can bear external force. To this end, the curtain wall assembly comprises: a main frame which has gripping units at one side, wherein the gripping units are mutually spaced apart from each other, and a penetration hole formed between the gripping units; a first heat exchange blocking material including a gripping groove unit provided at one end to be inserted into the gripping units, a pair of support plates which are extended in parallel from the both ends of the gripping groove units to the rear end thereof, and a plurality of partitions which connect the support plates to have at least one insulation space while being arranged in parallel; a connecting member which is coupled to the other end of the first heat exchange blocking material; a cap frame which is fit-coupled to the both ends of the connecting member; a glass which is arranged to be inserted into the main frame and the connecting member; and a second heat exchange blocking material which comprises a leg unit inserted from the other end of the first heat exchange blocking material to the interval between the pair of support plates to minimize the heat exchange of the internal and external air by means of the fastening member fastening the first heat exchange blocking material to the main frame, and a head unit which is configured with the cross-sectional area greater than that of the insertion hole to fasten the connecting member when the leg unit passes through the insertion hole formed at the connecting member, and which has the fastening member successively penetrating the head unit and the leg unit.

본 발명은 단열성능 및 결속력이 향상된 커튼월 어셈블리에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는, 내외기의 열전달을 효과적으로 차단할 수 있고, 체결부재인 나사를 체결하기 전에도 가고정되어 체결 작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있으며, 외력에도 견딜 수 있는 구조적인 강도를 향상시킨 커튼월 어셈블리를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명은, 일측에 상호 이격된 파지부와, 상기 파지부 사이에 관통홀이 형성된 주프레임; 일단에는 상기 파지부에 삽입되는 파지홈부과, 상기 파지홈부의 양단에서 후단으로 평행하게 연장되는 한 쌍의 지지판과, 하나 이상의 단열공간을 갖도록 상기 지지판 사이를 연결하면서 병렬 배치되는 복수개의 격벽을 포함하는 제1열교차단재; 상기 제1열교차단재의 타단에 결합되는 연결부재; 상기 연결부재의 양단에 끼움결합되는 캡프레임; 상기 주프레임과 연결부재 사이로 삽입되어 배치되는 글라스; 및 상기 제1열교차단재를 상기 주프레임에 체결하는 체결부재에 의한 내외기의 열교환을 최소화하기 위하여 상기 제1열교차단재의 타단에서 상기 한 쌍의 지지판 사이로 삽입되는 레그부와, 상기 레그부가 상기 연결부재에 형성된 삽입공을 통과할 때 상기 연결부재를 결속하도록 상기 삽입공보다 큰 단면적으로 이루어지는 헤드부를 포함하며, 상기 헤드부와 레그부에 상기 체결부재가 연속적으로 관통되는 제2열교차단재;를 포함한다.
