The present invention relates to a door closing mechanism of a dishwasher. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a door opening and closing device which includes a casing, a transfer unit capable of moving forward and backward with respect to the casing, a left latch and right latch capable of rotating left and right on the transfer unit, and a latch guide unit guiding rotation of the latch closes a door of the dishwasher to a main body. When the door approaches main the body, a control unit controls a driving source to slide the latch guide unit to the rear of the transfer unit. As the latch guide unit moves backward, ends of the left latch and the right latch rotate to come close to each other and surround a coupling boss in an inner side of the ends. In addition, the control unit controls the driving source to slide the transfer unit to the rear of the casing, and the left and right latches move backward with the transfer unit in a state in which the coupling boss is restrained. Accordingly, the door is pulled backward and closed to the main body. Therefore, re-contamination of tableware is prevented.
본 발명의 일 실시에 따른 식기 세척기의 도어 닫힘 매커니즘은, 케이싱, 케이싱에 대해 전후 이동 가능한 이송 유닛, 이송 유닛 상에서 좌우 회전 가능한 좌측 래치와 우측 래치, 래치의 회전을 가이드하는 래치 가이드 유닛을 포함하는 도어 개폐 장치가 식기 세척기의 도어를 본체에 닫는 매커니즘으로서, 도어가 본체에 접근하면 제어부는 래치 가이드 유닛을 이송 유닛의 후방으로 슬라이드 이동시키도록 구동원을 제어하고, 상기 래치 가이드 유닛이 후방 이동함에 따라 좌측 래치와 우측 래치의 선단이 서로 근접하도록 회전하여 선단의 내측으로 결합 보스를 감싸며, 제어부는 이송 유닛을 케이싱의 후방으로 슬라이드 이동시키도록 구동원을 제어하고, 좌우측 래치가 결합 보스를 구속한 상태에서 이송 유닛과 함께 후방으로 위치 이동함에 따라 도어가 후방으로 끌어당겨져 본체에 닫히는 것을 특징으로 한다.
