The present invention generally relates to a sandwich panel widely used in a prefabricated building and, more specifically, to a sandwich panel which is made to be bendable and is deformable so as to be formed into a single sandwich panel at a roof and a wall or a corner portion of a building. The deformable sandwich panel of the present invention is a sandwich panel in which an insulating material for insulation is integrally formed between metal plates composed of an inner metal plate and an outer metal plate spaced apart at a predetermined distance. The sandwich panel includes: a deformable metal plate portion capable of being bent in part or in the entirety of the metal plate; and a deformable portion made of a bendable deformable insulating material portion located at a portion at which the deformable metal plate portion is located. The present invention can increase an insulation effect and a work effect on construction.
본 발명은 보통 조립식 건축물에 널리 사용되는 샌드위치 판넬에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 꺽임이 가능하도록 이루어져 지붕과 벽면 또는 건물의 코너부분에서 단일 샌드위치 판넬로 형성할 수 있도록 변형가능한 샌드위치 판넬에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명인 변형가능한 샌드위치 판넬은 소정의 거리로 이격된 내측 금속판과 외측 금속판으로 이루어진 금속판 사이에 단열을 위한 단열재가 일체형태로 형성된 샌드위치 판넬에 있어서, 상기 금속판의 일부분 또는 전체에서 구부러짐이 가능하도록 이루어진 가변형 금속판부와, 상기 가변형 금속판부가 위치하는 부분에는 위치하는 구부러짐이 가능한 가변형단열재부로 이루어진 변형부를 가지되, 상기 가변형 금속판부는 내측 금속판 또는 외측 금속판 중 어느 한 곳이 소정의 간격으로 이격되게 형성된 다수의 'V'형태의 단면으로 주름절곡시켜 형성된 주름절곡부로 이루어진 것이다.
