A DEVICE APPLYING UNIFORM TENTION ABOUT DOUBLE WIDTH SCREEN
The present invention is to provide a uniform tension-applying device for a wide insect screen which enables an insect screen to be woven in a state of applying a uniform tension in a width direction and enables the insect screen to be woven in a wide width without distortion. The present invention provides a tension-applying device for applying a uniform tension in a width direction to an insect screen in a wide insect screen weaving apparatus including a weaving unit for weaving a wide insect screen by weaving warps and wefts with synthetic fiber yarn and a winding unit for winding the woven insect screen, wherein the tension applying device comprises: a pull bar formed with a length corresponding to the width of the insect screen to be disposed in the width direction between the weaving unit and the winding unit, and having a receiving groove at the bottom in the entry direction of the insect screen and a round portion at the upper part for preventing damage to the insect screen due to a tension applied from the winding unit; and a pressing bar mounted in the receiving groove so that the moving direction of the insect screen is reversed in the receiving groove and a uniform tension is applied in the width direction with the winding unit interposed therebetween while pressing the insect screen in the departure direction with respect to the receiving groove.
본 발명은, 폭방향으로 일정한 장력을 가한 상태로 방충망을 제직할 수 있음과 아울러, 우그러짐 없는 방충망을 광폭으로 제직할 수 있는 광폭 방충망에 대한 균일 장력 인가장치를 제공하는 데 있다. 본 발명은, 합성섬유사로 경사와 위사를 엮어 광폭의 방충망을 제직하는 제직부와, 상기 제직된 방충망을 권취하는 권취부를 포함하는 광폭 방충망 제직장치에서 상기 방충망에 대해 폭방향으로 균일한 장력을 인가하기 위한 장력 인가장치에 있어서, 상기 방충망의 폭에 대응되는 길이로 형성되어 상기 제직부와 권취부 사이에 폭방향으로 배치되고 상기 방충망의 진입방향으로 하부에 수용홈을 갖고 상기 권취부에서 가해지는 장력에 의한 방충망의 손상을 방지하기 위한 라운드부가 상부에 형성되는 풀바; 및 상기 수용홈 내에서 방충망의 진행방향이 반전되고 상기 방충망이 상기 수용홈에 대한 이탈방향으로 가압하면서 상기 권취부와의 사이에서 폭방향으로 균일한 장력이 인가되도록 상기 수용홈에 장착되는 가압봉;을 포함한다.
