The present invention relates to a variable transparent plate for protecting birds. More specifically, the present invention relates to a variable transparent plate for protecting birds, which is intended to prevent a bird from bumping its head against a transparent plate of a soundproof membrane and dying. That is, the present invention relates to a variable transparent plate for protecting birds, comprising: a variable transparent plate; a wired control unit which is located on a post at the rightmost or leftmost side of the variable transparent plate and commands an operation of turning on or off the variable transparent plate; an air pressure sensor which is located on a post at the right side of the variable transparent plate and measures an air pressure; a sunshine amount measurement device which is located on the post at the right side of the variable transparent plate at a short distance and measures the amount of sunlight; a humidity sensor which is located on the post at the right side of the variable transparent plate and measures humidity; a main server which is located in a place separate from the variable transparent plate and gives commands; an assistance server which is located near the main server and assists the command of the main server; a data storage server which is located in a place separate from the main server and assistance server and stores data; and a wireless control unit which is located near the main server and commands and transmits tasks other than the existing command.
본 발명은 조류 보호를 위한 가변 투명판에 관한 것으로써 더욱 상세하게는 조류 보호를 위한 가변 투명판에 있어서 차음막의 투명판에 조류가 머리를 받아 죽는 것을 사전에 방지하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 조류 보호를 위한 가변 투명판에 있어서 가변 투명판, 상기 가변 투명판의 최고 우측 혹은 최고 좌측의 지주에 위치하며 가변 투명판을 키고 끄는 작동을 명령하는 유선조작부, 상기 가변 투명판의 우측 지주에 위치하며 기압을 측정는 기압 센서, 상기 가변 투명판의 근거리 우측 지주에 위치하며 일조량을 측정하는 일조량 측정기, 상기 가변 투명판의 우측 지주에 위치하며 습도를 측정하는 습도센서, 상기 가변 투명판과 별개의 장소에 위치하며 명령을 내리는 메인 서버, 상기 메인 서버와 근처에 위치하며 메인 서버의 명령을 보조하는 보조 서버, 상기 메인 서버와 보조 서버와 별개의 장소에 위치하며 데이터를 저장하여 보관하는 데이터 저장 서버, 상기 메인 서버의 근처에 위치하며 기존 명령 외의 작업을 명령, 전달하는 무선 조작부로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 차음막의 투명판에 조류가 머리를 받아 죽는 것을 사전에 방지하는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
