PCC manufacturing method for self-healing cracks
The present invention relates to a powder compacted capsule (PCC) composition for self-healing cracks in a hardened cement body, a method of manufacturing the PCC, and self-healing mortar including the PCC. The present invention provides the method of manufacturing the PCC, which comprises: (a) a PCC composition mixing step of adding 2.0-3.0 wt% of a water reducing agent, compared to a particulate, wherein the particulate is a mixture of 10-40 wt% of cement and 60-90 wt% of one or two admixtures selected from blast furnace slag fine powder and fly ash, and mixing the mixing water to a water-particulate ratio of 5-20 wt%; (b) a step of mixing the PCC composition with a mechanical mixer for mortar mixing at 100 to 300 rpm for 1 to 5 minutes; (c) a step of sieving the mixing result to sort agglomerates by particle size; and (d) a step of coating the surface of the agglomerates with polyethylene glycol (PEG) or polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The present invention can increase the cohesion of the particulate.
본 발명은 시멘트 경화체의 균열 자기 치유용 분말 압축 캡슐(PCC; Powder Compacted Capsule) 조성물, 분말 압축 캡슐의 제조방법 및 분말 압축 캡슐을 포함한 자기 치유 모르타르에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「(a) 시멘트 10~40 wt%와 고로슬래그 미분말 및 플라이애시 중 어느 한 가지 이상의 혼화재 60~90 wt%가 혼합된 분체에, 감수제를 상기 분체 대비 2.0~3.0 wt% 첨가하고, 배합수를 물-분체비 5~20 wt%가 되도록 혼합하는 PCC(Powder Compacted Capsule) 조성물 배합 단계; (b) 상기 PCC 조성물을 모르타르 혼합용 기계식 믹서로 100~300 rpm 조건에서 1~5분간 믹싱하는 단계; (c) 믹싱 결과물을 체가름하여 응집체를 입도 선별하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 응집체 표면을 PEG(Polyethylene glycol) 또는 PVA(Poly Vinyl Alcohol)로 코팅하는 단계; 를 포함하는 PCC 제조 방법」을 제공한다.
