The present invention relates to an incombustible filler manufacturing method, an incombustible filler, a composite material manufacturing method and a composite material. The composite material manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing plastic; preparing a flame retardant filler containing magnesium hydroxide and alkali metal hydroxide; and extruding the plastic and the flame retardant filler, to produce a composite material. It is possible to improve the flame retardancy of the composite material by using by-products generated in a steel manufacturing process.
본 발명은 난연 충진재 제조방법, 난연 충진재, 복합 소재 제조 방법 및 복합소재에 관한 것으로, 플라스틱을 마련하는 과정; 마그네슘 수산화물과 알칼리 금속의 수산화물을 포함하는 난연 충진재를 마련하는 과정; 및 상기 플라스틱과 상기 난연 충진재를 압출하여 복합소재를 제조하는 과정;을 포함하고, 제철공정에서 발생하는 부산물을 이용하여 복합소재의 난연성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
