The present invention relates to a ceiling screen louver formed by installing a plurality of louver members on a ceiling. The ceiling screen louver comprises: a frame (1) which has a rectangular shape, and is divided into a plurality of vertical members (11); brackets (2) which are provided on the vertical members of the frame in a longitudinal direction to be spaced from each other at regular intervals, each have steps (22) formed to be bent upward from both ends of a flat base portion (21), and have support portions (23) formed on both sides thereof to be bent upward after extended outward; louver members (3) which are each provided on the bracket (2) to be engaged with both the support portions (23); and panels (4) which are fitted on the steps of the adjacent brackets to be fixed between the louver members to cover a ceiling. The ceiling screen louver allows the brackets to be fixed to the vertical members of the frame in advance at regular intervals at factories and allows the panels to be fitted on the steps of the brackets and fixed to the steps by screws, thereby being simply assembled, and allows the louver members to be fitted on the brackets by pressure to be strongly engaged with clamping members, thereby being easily assembled. The ceiling screen louver manufactured in the factory can be fixed to anchor bolts or hangers fixed to the ceiling in the field to be efficiently installed on the ceiling, thereby reducing labor cost, preventing the ceiling from being exposed between the louver members (3), and increasing an interior effect.
본 발명은 다수의 루바부재들을 천장에 설치하여 형성되는 천장 스크린 루바에 관한 것으로, 장방형으로 복수개의 세로부재(11)들로 구획지어진 프레임(1)과, 상기 프레임의 세로부재들에 일정 간격으로 이격되게 종방향으로 제공되며, 평탄한 베이스부(21)의 양측 단부에서 상방향으로 절곡되어 각각 단턱(22)이 형성되고, 외측으로 연장된 다음 상방향으로 절곡된 양측에 지지부(23)가 형성된는 브라켓(2), 상기 브라켓(2)의 상부에서 양측의 지지부(23)에 맞물림 결합되는 루바부재(3), 및 상기 인접한 브라켓들의 단턱부들에 맞물림되게 끼워져 루바부재들 사이에서 천장을 가리도록 고정되는 사이패널(4)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천장 스크린 루바.상기한 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 천장 스크린 루바는 공장에서 미리 프레임의 세로부재들에 일정 간격을 두고 브라켓을 고정하고 브라켓들의 단턱 밑으로 사이패널을 삽입하여 단턱과 함께 스크류로 고정하여 간편하게 조립하고, 루바부재를 브라켓에 눌러 끼움으로써 클램핑부재와 견고하게 맞물리게 하여 조립작업을 매우 간편하게 수행하고, 이렇게 공장에서 제조된 천장 스크린 루바를 현장에서 천장에 고정된 앙카볼트 또는 행거에 고정함으로써, 천장에 스크린 루바 설치작업을 요율적으로 수행할 수 있어 인건비를 절감할 수 있는 효과와, 루바부재(3)들 사이에서 천장이 노출되는 것을 방지하고 인테리어 효과를 증대시킬 수 있다.
