The present invention relates to a movable beam sluice gate apparatus including a position fixing member. The movable beam sluice gate apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a sluice gate unit; and a driving unit controlling a height of a water by moving the sluice gate unit. The driving unit comprises: a rotation member connected to the sluice gate unit; an actuator member applying a rotary force to the rotation member; and a position fixing member fixing a rotary position of the rotation member. An objective of the present invention is to provide the movable beam sluice gate apparatus capable of continuously maintaining a position of a sluice gate.

본 발명은 위치고정부재를 포함하는 가동보 수문 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시 예를 따르는 가동보 수문 장치는, 수문부; 상기 수문부를 이동하여 물의 높이를 제어하도록 하는 구동부;를 포함하고, 상기 구동부는 상기 수문부에 연결된 회전부재, 상기 회전부재에 회전력을 인가하는 액츄에이터부재 및 상기 회전부재의 회전위치를 고정하는 위치고정부재를 포함한다.
