MOTORIZED FUSION TYPE LANE PAINGTING APPARATUS WITH INTEGRATED STEERING HANDLE
The present invention relates to a motorized fusion type lane painting apparatus with an integrated steering handle. The motorized fusion type lane painting apparatus comprises: a body unit having a painting body and having a battery for supplying power; an adjustment unit for controlling the driving and movement of the body unit; a driving unit having a fixed caster and a rotating caster provided on the lower surface of the painting body to drive the painting body, and having a motor for transmitting power to the rotating caster; a painting unit having a paint dissolution tank for storing and dissolving paint, having a paint spraying member for spraying the paint to paint a road, and having a reflector spraying member for spraying a reflector at a painted position; and a control unit having a motor driver for controlling the output of the motor, and for controlling the control unit, the driving unit, and the painting unit. The adjustment unit comprises: a steering handle connected to the rotating caster to adjust the rotating direction of the rotating caster, controlling the moving direction of the body unit; and a motor output lever for adjusting the output of the motor so that the body unit is driven. Therefore, the motorized fusion type lane painting apparatus allows the steering handle and the motor output lever to be coupled to each other so that the motor output lever and the steering wheel are rotated integrally, if the steering wheel rotates, thereby easily and conveniently painting a lane.
본 개시는 일체형 조향 핸들이 전동형 융착식 차선 도색 장치로서, 도색 몸체가 구비되며, 전원을 공급하는 배터리가 구비되는 본체부와, 상기 본체부의 구동 및 이동을 제어하는 조절부와, 상기 도색 몸체를 구동하도록, 상기 도색 몸체의 하부면에 고정형 캐스터 및 회전형 캐스터가 구비되고, 상기 회전형 캐스터에 동력을 전달하는 모터가 구비되는 구동부와, 도료를 저장하여 용해시키는 도료 용해 탱크가 구비되고, 도료를 분사하여 도로를 도색하는 도료 살포부재가 형성되며, 도색된 위치에 반사체를 분사하는 반사체 분사부재가 형성되는 도색부와, 상기 모터의 출력을 제어하는 모터 드라이버가 구비되며, 상기 조절부, 상기 구동부, 상기 도색부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하되, 상기 조절부는, 상기 회전형 캐스터에 연결되며 상기 회전형 캐스터의 회전 방향을 제어하여 상기 본체부의 이동 방향을 조정하는 조향 핸들과, 상기 본체부가 구동되도록 상기 모터의 출력을 조절하는 모터 출력 레버를 구비하고, 상기 조향 핸들이 회동하는 경우, 상기 모터 출력 레버와 상기 조향 핸들이 일체로 회동되도록 상기 조향 핸들과 상기 모터 출력 레버가 결합됨으로써, 차선 도색 작업을 용이하고 편의성있게 수행할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a motorized fusion type lane painting apparatus with an integrated steering handle. The motorized fusion type lane painting apparatus comprises: a body unit having a painting body and having a battery for supplying power; an adjustment unit for controlling the driving and movement of the body unit; a driving unit having a fixed caster and a rotating caster provided on the lower surface of the painting body to drive the painting body, and having a motor for transmitting power to the rotating caster; a painting unit having a paint dissolution tank for storing and dissolving paint, having a paint spraying member for spraying the paint to paint a road, and having a reflector spraying member for spraying a reflector at a painted position; and a control unit having a motor driver for controlling the output of the motor, and for controlling the control unit, the driving unit, and the painting unit.
