SUPPLYING AND RETURNING APPARATUS FOR INSTALLING UNDERGROUND WELL PIPE
The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying and recovering pipes for underground well construction, which installs and dismantles a plurality of pipes required for construction of an underground well. The apparatus comprises: a loading table having a loading plate vertically movably installed therein so that a plurality of pipes are loaded when the pipes are supplied or recovered, and having a guide provided on one side thereof; a gripping arm installed on one side of the loading table to clamp lower ends of the pipes and for applying vertical and lateral pivoting motions of the pipes; a work table installed on the other side of the loading table to clamp upper ends of the pipes and for applying vertical movement and rotational motions of the pipes; and a controller installed therein to sequentially perform the motions of the loading table, the gripping arm, and the work table. A pipe handling unit is provided at a height of one side of the guide to transfer and align the pipes in an axial direction and move the pipes in a width direction so that the pipes are separated, thereby causing the pipes to be supplied to the loading plate or recovered from the loading plate. Therefore, the apparatus can eliminate the main part of the entire processes of drawing the loaded and transferred pipes in a process of developing groundwater, installing a well, or removing the pipes installed in the well, thereby reducing personnel and expenses.
본 발명은 지하수 관정의 시공에 소요되는 복수의 파이프를 설치하고 해체하는 지하수 관정 시공용 파이프 공급 및 회수장치로서, 상기 복수의 파이프를 공급하거나 회수시에 상기 파이프가 적재되도록 적재판이 상하이동 가능하게 설치되고 일측에 가이드가 구비된 적재대; 상기 적재대의 일측에 상기 파이프의 하단을 클램핑하도록 설치되고, 상기 파이프의 상하방향 선회운동과 좌우방향 선회운동을 부가하는 파지암; 상기 적재대의 타측에 상기 파이프의 상단을 클램핑하도록 설치되고, 상기 파이프의 상하운동과 회전운동을 부가하는 작업대; 및 상기 적재대, 파지암, 작업대의 운동을 순차적으로 수행하도록 설치되는 제어기를 포함하되, 상기 가이드 일측의 일정 높이에는 상기 파이프를 축방향으로 이송시켜 정렬한 후에 폭방향으로 이동시켜 상기 파이프가 이탈되도록 함으로써 상기 적재판으로 공급되도록 하거나 혹은 상기 적재판으로부터 상기 파이프가 회수되도록 하는 파이프 취급부가 구비됨으로써, 지하수 개발 과정에서 적재 이송된 파이프를 인출하여 관정을 설치하거나 관정에 설치된 파이프를 제거하는 전체 공정의 주요부를 생력화하여 인원과 경비를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to an apparatus for supplying and recovering pipes for underground well construction, which installs and dismantles a plurality of pipes required for construction of an underground well.
