An insect net fixing structure according to the present invention may comprise: a main body frame in which an insect net is installed at the center, and a fixing groove unit is disposed along the inner edge adjacent to the insect net; a fixing member which is inserted into the fixing groove unit while having the insect net interposed therebetween, and is coupled to the main body frame; a bending wedge unit of which one end is coupled to the fixing member to fix the fixing member, and the other end is coupled to the main body frame; and a wedge corresponding unit which is disposed at the outer circumference of the main body frame such that the other end of the bending wedge unit is coupled to the wedge corresponding unit. Therefore, according to the insect net fixing structure of the present invention, even when external force or tension above the design level are applied to the insect net, the bending wedge unit is supported with the wedge corresponding unit to prevent tearing, thereby minimizing the dislocation of the insect net. The interval at the insect net can buffer the external force such that the tearing at the edges of the insect net can be reduced, thereby reducing the possibility of accidents. During the removal and replacement work of the insect net for maintenance and repair, the bending wedge unit can be relatively easily disassembled, thereby reducing the working load.
본 발명에 의한 방충망 고정구조는, 중앙에 방충망이 설치되며, 상기 방충망에 인접된 내측 가장자리를 따라 픽스홈부가 마련되는 본체프레임; 상기 픽스홈부에 삽입되되 상기 방충망이 중간에 개재되고상기 본체프레임과 결합되는 픽스부재; 일단이 상기 픽스부재에 결합되어 상기 픽스부재를 고정하고 타단이 상기 본체프레임에 결합되는 절곡웨지부; 및 상기 본체프레임의 외곽 둘레에 마련되어 상기 절곡웨지부의 타단이 결합되는 웨지대응부를 포함할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의한 방충망 고정구조는, 방충망에 설계 수준 이상의 외력이나 장력이 가해지더라도 절곡웨지부가 웨지대응부에 지지되고 뜯겨 나가지 않아 방충망 이탈이 최소화되고 방충망의 여분의 유격이 외력을 완충시키게 되어 방충망의 가장자리가 찢겨짐이 저감되어 안전사고 발생 가능성이 줄어들 수 있으며 유지 보수를 위한 방충망 제거 및 교체 작업 시 절곡웨지부를 비교적 용이하게 해체할 수 있어 작업 로드가 줄어들 수 있다.
