METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ARTIFICIAL MARBLE AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF ARTIFICIAL MARBLE
A method for manufacturing artificial marble according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: forming a base layer in a plate shape by dividing a base composition in a horizontally oriented mold; forming a concave pattern on the base layer; injecting a vein pattern composition containing a powdered polymer resin to the concave pattern; and after performing a heat treatment process, performing a compression process to form the artificial marble having a vein pattern. The present invention is to provide the method for manufacturing the artificial marble and the apparatus for manufacturing the artificial marble capable of implementing various patterns of natural stone.
본 발명의 일 실시상태에 따른 인조대리석의 제조방법은, 수평으로 배향된 몰드에 베이스(base) 조성물을 분상하여 베이스층을 판상형으로 형성하는 단계; 상기 베이스층에 음각부 패턴을 형성하는 단계; 상기 음각부 패턴에 분말 폴리머 수지를 포함하는 베인(vein) 패턴 조성물을 투입하는 단계; 및 열처리 공정을 수행한 후, 압축 공정을 수행하여 베인 패턴이 구비된 인조대리석을 형성하는 단계를 포함한다.
